Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how M.T. Techniques handles shipping, export documentation, delivery arrangements, and international transportation for B2B orders.

Updated September 2026 Worldwide B2B Export Sialkot, Pakistan

As a B2B manufacturer and exporter, shipping arrangements vary depending on order size, destination, product type, delivery method, and the commercial terms agreed with each customer.

01. Shipping Coverage

M.T. Techniques supplies customers internationally from Sialkot, Pakistan. Shipping may be arranged to destinations worldwide subject to carrier availability, customs requirements, trade restrictions, and other applicable regulations.

02. Available Shipping Methods

The appropriate shipping method depends on the size, weight, urgency, destination, and commercial requirements of the order.

Courier / Express

Generally suitable for samples, prototypes, smaller shipments, and urgent deliveries.

Air Freight

Suitable for larger shipments where faster international transportation is required.

Sea Freight

Often suitable for larger-volume commercial orders where cost efficiency is a priority.

03. Shipping Costs

Shipping is not automatically included in product pricing unless specifically stated in the quotation or commercial agreement.

Freight charges depend on factors such as destination, shipment weight, dimensions, carrier, shipping method, customs requirements, and applicable delivery terms.

Where requested, M.T. Techniques may provide an estimated shipping cost before order confirmation.

04. Production & Dispatch

Delivery time consists of both production time and transportation time. Production lead times depend on product specifications, quantities, materials, customization requirements, and approval of samples or artwork where applicable.

Once production and required quality checks are complete, the order will be prepared for dispatch according to the agreed shipping method.

05. Estimated Transit Times

Transit times vary considerably depending on destination and shipping method. Any delivery dates or transit estimates provided are approximate unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

Courier companies, airlines, shipping lines, customs authorities, and other external parties may affect actual delivery times.

Important: Production lead time and shipping transit time are separate. The estimated delivery schedule for each order should be confirmed through the relevant quotation or order communication.

06. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Responsibility for these charges depends on the commercial and shipping terms agreed for the specific order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.

07. Shipping Documents

Depending on the shipment and agreed trade terms, relevant export or commercial documents may be provided.

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Shipping or transport documents
  • Product information where required
  • Other agreed export documentation

Additional documentation or certification requirements should be communicated before the order is confirmed.

08. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact information, company details, and any relevant import or delivery instructions.

M.T. Techniques may not be responsible for additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

09. Tracking & Shipment Information

Where tracking information or shipment documentation is available, it may be provided after dispatch.

Tracking availability depends on the carrier and transportation method used.

10. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to meet agreed production and dispatch schedules, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Carrier or airline delays
  • Port congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Force majeure events

We will provide available information regarding significant shipment issues when reasonably possible.

11. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.

If a shipment appears damaged during transportation, photographs of the outer packaging, shipping labels, internal packaging, and affected products should be taken before packaging is discarded.

Please contact M.T. Techniques promptly with supporting information so the matter can be reviewed.

12. Shortages or Incorrect Items

Any apparent shortage or incorrect shipment should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide the order reference, affected products, quantities, and supporting photographs or documentation where relevant.

13. Separate Agreements

For B2B manufacturing orders, the quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, or other written commercial agreement may contain shipping terms specific to that transaction.

Where specific agreed terms differ from this general website policy, the terms confirmed for that particular order will normally apply.

14. Policy Updates

M.T. Techniques may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy to reflect changes in our shipping processes, carriers, international trade requirements, or business practices.

The latest version will be published on this page.
