These terms govern the use of the M.T. Techniques website and our business relationship with customers requesting quotations, samples, OEM manufacturing, private-label products, and export supply.
By using this website, requesting a quotation, approving a sample, or placing an order with M.T. Techniques, you agree to the applicable terms below.
01. Business Scope
M.T. Techniques manufactures and supplies sports goods for business customers, brands, distributors, clubs, importers, and private-label clients.
Products, materials, specifications, packaging, branding, quantities, and delivery requirements may vary depending on the individual quotation or order.
02. Quotations & Orders
Prices and production details are provided through individual quotations. An order is considered confirmed only after the required specifications, pricing, payment terms, and other relevant details have been agreed.
Any changes requested after confirmation may affect price, production time, or delivery schedule.
03. Pricing & Payment
Prices depend on product specifications, materials, quantities, customization, packaging, and shipping requirements.
Payment terms are confirmed separately for each order. Production may not begin until the agreed advance payment or other required payment has been received.
04. Samples & Custom Products
Samples may be produced before bulk manufacturing when requested or required. Sample charges, development charges, and shipping costs may apply.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving samples, designs, colors, logos, measurements, materials, and specifications before bulk production.
05. OEM & Private Label
Customers requesting private-label or OEM manufacturing must ensure they have the legal right to use any names, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, or other materials they provide.
M.T. Techniques is not responsible for third-party intellectual property claims resulting from materials supplied or approved by the customer.
06. Production & Lead Times
Production times are estimates and depend on order quantity, product complexity, material availability, customization, approval times, and factory workload.
We aim to meet agreed schedules but reasonable delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control.
07. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping method, freight cost, delivery terms, and destination requirements are agreed separately for each order.
Transit times provided by freight companies or couriers are estimates. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, authorities, or other external circumstances are outside our direct control.
08. Inspection & Claims
Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them.
Any manufacturing defect, shortage, incorrect item, or shipping damage should be reported promptly with relevant photographs, quantities, packaging details, and supporting information.
09. Returns & Refunds
Because many products are manufactured according to customer specifications, customized or private-label goods generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
Valid manufacturing claims are reviewed individually. Replacement, credit, repair, or another appropriate solution may be offered depending on the circumstances.
10. Website Information
We aim to keep product information and website content accurate. However, photographs, colors, specifications, materials, product availability, and other details may change as products and manufacturing processes develop.
Website information should not be treated as a final production specification unless it has been confirmed in writing for a specific order.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, photographs, graphics, branding, text, and design of this website belong to M.T. Techniques or are used with appropriate permission.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially redistributed without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, M.T. Techniques will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, shipping delays, customer-supplied information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
